1． 確定適當(dāng)水溫 (20 °C – 30°C)，水面保持溢流狀態(tài)。

Make sure the proper water temperature (20 °C - 30 °C), keep water at overflow state.

2． 保持水表面無(wú)活化劑殘留及雜質(zhì)。

Keep the water surface without activator residues and impurities.

3． 置膜，以適當(dāng)角度將膜平放于水面（確定膜之正反面，印刷層朝上）

Put the film on the water flatly with the proper angle.( Confirm the film positive & negative, printing side up)

4．配合水溫設(shè)定溶解時(shí)間，水溫一般為25-30度，溶解時(shí)間約為45秒到2分鐘

Set dissolution time with water temperature which is often 25°C-30 °C. The dissolution time is about 45 seconds to 2 minutes.

5.視印刷油墨之厚度，判定噴涂活化劑之時(shí)間，油墨層越厚，可在膜尚未完全溶解時(shí)，提前噴涂活化劑，讓油墨活化時(shí)間加長(zhǎng)，而一般作業(yè)情況溶解1分鐘左右可噴涂活化劑，待膜成鏡面而平坦擴(kuò)展（5秒-15秒）即可上膜、轉(zhuǎn)印。

Spray activator time depends on the thick of printing ink. The thicker the ink layer, spray activator in advance before the film not yet completely dissolved, to make the ink activate time much longer. General operation condition is about 1 minute to dissolve, then spray activator. After flat extension of the film (5 seconds -15 seconds), then put the film to be printed and transferred .

6． 在上膜之前需視加工物之外形或有紋路性，選擇下水角度，以利于空氣排出。

Select water down angle to exhaust air well as the dip items' shape or lines prior to film transfer . 

7． 上膜后，不可立即拿起，應(yīng)在水中搖晃3-5秒，切斷邊緣之膜，增加紋路咬住被加工物之時(shí)間。

Do not take out the work piece immediately after transfer the film. Shake it on the water for 3-5 seconds, to cut the edge's film and increase the lines to bite work piece's time.

8． 活化劑噴涂需以0.8mm*4孔噴槍及可攪拌式壓力操作業(yè)，噴涂距離約30cm，空氣壓力適當(dāng)調(diào)整避免花紋脫落，不可有水花產(chǎn)生，必要時(shí)水溫可加到35°C, 水槽之水量需作溢, 最后一道水需干凈，沖洗完成需經(jīng)空氣吹干并經(jīng)品管修整再入烘烤爐。

Spray activator with 0.8mm * 4 hole spray gun and operate by stirred pressure. Spray distance is about 30cm. Adjust air pressure properly to avoid the film pattern fall off, and water can't be splashed. Add water temperature to 35 °C if necessary. The tank water is overflow and the last water must be clean. After rinse, then dry by oven. 

不同的圖案，必須使用不同的底色，如木紋基本使用棕色、咖啡色、土黃色等，石紋基本使用白色等.

 Different film pattern , different base coat. e.g. Wood grain (often Brown, khaki), Marble grain (often white etc).
